I bought this because the pictures made it look really nice, but the one I received just didn’t have the same look at all. To me, the color seemed off, the material felt cheaper than expected, and the size and shape didn’t really match what I thought I was ordering.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but I felt a bit misled. If the photos had shown it more accurately, I probably would’ve skipped it. Disappointing overall.

I was looking for details on eco-friendly packaging, sourcing, or any actual sustainability efforts, but I couldn’t really find much. For a local shop, I expected a little more "transparency." It was kind of disappointing and made me second-guess placing an order.

Tried using the website and couldn't find what I needed. Pages kept loading weird too, so ended up getting frustrated...

The whole thing felt awkward because the staff acted like helping me was some huge burden. They came off rude, like they couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. Not exactly the brightest customer service moment.

It’s not the worst item, but I was disappointed. The description said it was soft cotton, and it felt rougher than I expected. The photos also made it look nicer than it actually is in person. It’s okay, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I tried to return something and do an exchange, and it ended up being such a hassle because the process was confusing, it took forever, and I felt like I kept having to follow up just to get basic answers, so overall it wasn’t a good experience and I probably wouldn’t order from them again

From what I remember, the box showed up crushed and beat up, which made me a little worried at first. Luckily, the items inside were mostly okay, so it wasn’t a total issue, but the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better

I ordered from Community Athens, and the shipping took way longer than I thought it would, haha.

It was over a week before I noticed any real tracking update, and I kept having to check it myself, which got annoying. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but definitely slower than I’d like.

The item did arrive in good shape, so I’m glad about that. I just probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

I asked for a refund and figured it would be one of those quick, straightforward things. In my mind, refund request = money back in a few days, but that was definitely not the case here. It dragged on way longer than expected, and I had to keep sending follow-up emails just to figure out what was going on. The updates were vague when I got any at all. The money did finally come back, but by then I was already frustrated. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered a shirt i was disappointed as soon as I took it out of the package. The fabric felt thin and kind of cheap, the stitching wasn’t very clean, and the print already started cracking after just one wash.
Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but for what I paid, I expected much better quality. I’m careful about spending on clothes, so I wouldn’t buy again unless they seriously improve the materials and finish.

I ordered something the site showed as available, then later found out it wasn’t actually in stock. Really frustrating and kind of a waste of time. They definitely need to keep their inventory updated better.

I took a look around and didn’t see much from local makers. it felt limited, so I didn’t really feel like browsing for long. Just wasn’t Worth it for me...

I checked out the gift options and, yeah, the whole so-called selection was disappointing. There were barely any choices, and nothing really looked worth spending money on.

I ordered from Community Athens and the delivery ended up taking longer than they originally said. The tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there with no real idea where my package was. When I reached out, I mostly got those canned apology responses that don’t really tell you anything, which made it more annoying. The items were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole waiting around part was not a great experience

I reached out a while ago and still haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s sorta frustrating waiting this long with no reply.

The store just felt a little off to me, lol. It was kind of cramped, and the overall vibe didn’t feel super welcoming, like I was slightly in the way just by being there.
I couldn’t really relax or enjoy browsing, so I ended up leaving quickly. Maybe other people wouldn’t think twice about it, but for me it just wasn’t a great shopping experience.

There just wasn’t much to pick from. I was expecting a few more choices, but a lot of the stuff I wanted either wasn’t there or just didn’t really fit what I was looking for.

I ordered my usual size after checking the size guide, but the fit was all over the place. The top felt tight in some areas and strangely loose in others, so it didn’t look or feel right at all. What made it more confusing was the email I got seemed to say one thing, while the sizing info on the site made me expect something else. Maybe the clothes just run small, or maybe the sizing isn’t consistent, but either way I don’t think I’d order clothing from here again.

I was trying to check out and it kept lagging on me, which was frustrating. I even had to re-enter my info once, and on top of that I felt like I was just waiting around in a queue forever before things finally moved. The order did go through in the end, but the whole process was kind of annoying and not very smooth.

I ordered from Community Athens and the site itself was easy to use!! I didn’t have any major issues browsing or placing the order, so that part was fine.
The only downside was when I asked a few questions about the products, the staff didn’t really have much info. They were nice and polite, but I ended up looking up most of the details myself before buying, which was kind of frustrating
